Töff Shop grew rapidly with several product lines, an active ambassador network, and corporate clients seeking customized packages with their own design. Managing this in one system, without manual work scaling with the volume, required a platform built for automation from the ground up.
Solution
The merchant built a complete Shopify store with a custom ambassador system with automatic commission payouts, a B2B portal with a tailored package designer, and a custom app for 3PL warehouse that automatically prints B2B package designs. Integrations with Tripletex, Posten/Bring, Klarna, and Vipps make operations smooth.
Töff Shop not only sells to consumers. They sell to ambassadors, to businesses, and via subscription. Managing three sales channels in one system requires more than a regular online store.

Three Sales Channels, One Platform
Töff Shop meets its customers in various ways. Ordinary consumers purchase individual products and combo packages. Ambassadors and influencers sell through their own links and earn commissions. Corporate clients order customized packages with their own logo and design. Building a system that efficiently handles all three was the project's biggest technical challenge.
The Ambassador System
Merchant built a custom ambassador system that handles registration, unique discount codes, and automatic commission payouts. Ambassadors have their own dashboards where they can track sales and earnings. The system is fully integrated into Shopify and requires no manual follow-up from the Töff Shop team.
B2B Package Designer and 3PL
Corporate clients can design their own Töff™ packages with their logo and brand colors through the B2B portal. Once an order is placed, the design is automatically sent to the 3PL warehouse via a custom-developed Shopify app. The warehouse prints out the package design and produces the order without human intervention from Töff Shop's side.
Subscription Solution and Accounting Integration
Töff Shop offers subscriptions for its products: a channel that requires precise handling of recurring payments and deliveries. The Tripletex integration ensures that all orders, including subscriptions, are correctly recorded in the accounting automatically.
